About the Unit

  • Level III Trauma Center with 53 beds
  • Patients across the lifespan: neonatal to geriatric
  • High-volume, collaborative care team
  • Guided by a robust Interprofessional Practice Council led by bedside staff

Skills You’ll Gain

  • Specialty certifications: TNCC, ENPC, SANE/FNE, CEN, TCRN, CPEN
  • Emergency response confidence in high-pressure situatio
  • Strong trauma triage, assessment, and stabilization skills
  • Nurse-to-patient ratio management while delivering excellent care

Qualifications

  • ASN required; BSN preferred
  • Active Indiana RN license or Compact RN license
  • Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program
  • AHA Basic Life Support certification (required)
  • Additional advanced certifications may be required per specialty
